Co-Owner
David McPherson
David brings over 20 years of roofing experience across multiple companies, along with a unique credential most contractors don't have: certification as a licensed public adjuster in several states. That means he doesn't just know roofing — he knows exactly how insurance companies evaluate damage claims and what it takes to get homeowners a fair settlement.
Over two decades, David observed what worked and what didn't across every company he was part of. Together with Niko, he helped build a system that deliberately combines the strongest elements of each — a methodology designed from experience, not guesswork.

Nicholas Falk
Niko spent 6 years working across 3 different roofing companies before co-founding NC Farmer Roofing. That experience gave him a ground-level view of how the industry actually operates — what crews cut corners on, where customer service breaks down, and what separates a roof that lasts from one that doesn't.
He brought that knowledge into building a company that takes the best practices from every place he worked and leaves the rest behind. The result is a process built on accountability, craftsmanship, and straight communication with homeowners.
